We understand Security and Control is very important to you.
An on-line platform provides an extensive range of security and control features as follows, the card is swiped at the counter inside the service station or at selected Pay at Pump service stations.
Fuel Grade Restrictions | Cards can be restricted to a certain grade of fuel to ensure card holders purchase the most cost-efficient grade of fuel for their vehicle, some examples are;

PIN Numbers | For added security a PIN may be assigned to the Mobilcard. A PIN is required for the card user to access Mobil EFT-POS terminals at the Service Station or our network of un-manned sites. If desired the same PIN can be used on multiple cards. |
Hot Listing | Lost or stolen cards can be suspended 24/7 upon notification from the customer. This can be done by calling the Mobilcard Support Centre 0800 737 277 or directly online at www.mobilcard.co.nz. |
Transactional Limit | An effective security feature available to restrict the loss caused by non-notification of stolen or lost cards or unauthorized use is to set a daily spend limit, transaction limit and monthly limit. |
Mobilcard Fees – special waiver of fees for FANZ Members and their franchisees
Mobilcard standard card fees are $34.50 per card (card life 4 years) and $0.17 cents per transaction. We know, how monthly card fees and transactions fees can eat away at your fuel discount and is often overlooked. Here at Mobil, we have waived all card and transaction fees for FANZ members and their franchisees.
Relationship Management
Customer communication is extremely important for us, and the following points of contact are provided for efficient and effective communication.
Mobilcard Support Centre: All requests for new or replacement cards received before 1pm each day will be mailed out within 48 hours.

Competitive Fuel Discount and Rebate
The discounts are offered off Pump price. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions and are not available at competitor sites.
Mobilcard Rebate will be paid monthly to the Franchise association.
How to obtain a Franchise Association of New Zealand Mobilcard for your business
Simply complete the application form and send it back to Mobil and they’ll do the rest. It will take approximately a week to process your request and send the cards out to you.
