Franchisee tenure recognition

Without franchisees, there would be no franchise systems!

After overwhelming positive feedback from the 2025 long tenure nominations, FANZ would like to again invite member Franchise Systems to nominate long tenure franchisees to be recognised at the Awards gala dinner.

Member Franchise Systems can nominate franchisees to receive this recognition. 

We’ve expanded our long tenure recognition to include a separate 10-14 years recognition, as well as 15+ years, acknowledging the significant commitment and contribution of franchisees who build long-standing relationships within their franchise systems.With average franchisee tenure typically sitting around 7-9 years, we want to recognise those who continue to build on that milestone and reach 10 years and beyond. 
 

Any franchisee who has been part of your system for 10-14 years, or 15 years or more is eligible. Franchise systems may nominate any number of qualifying franchisees. This is not a performance‑based award - you may choose to nominate all franchisees who meet the 10-14 year or 15+ year threshold or simply your longest‑serving franchisee.

Nominations close Friday 2 October 2026.

The franchisee can not have been nominated previously.
