I am a vastly experienced senior franchise executive with over 30 years’ experience in the franchise industry.
In my time in franchising, I have been a multi-site and multi-brand franchisee for various international franchise systems, across different retail industries, encompassing the sales, service and e-commerce sectors.
Since 2019, I have been in franchisor roles. I am currently the National Franchise Manager for Pit Stop. I am on the leadership team for the wider group and chair our FAC.
I bring comprehensive franchise industry knowledge to the FANZ board having seen franchising from all angles.
I have also recently completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management at Massey University and was awarded the Massey Scholar Award in 2025.
I am hugely passionate about small business in NZ, and I recognise the important role franchise systems play in small businesses thriving in an increasingly competitive and complex business landscape.
I am motivated by coaching, mentoring and empowering the current and next generation of franchisors and franchisees to be the most successful businesspeople they can be.
