With a lifelong commitment to the franchising sector across New Zealand and Australia, I bring a wealth of experience to the FANZ board. My journey began as a franchisee, successfully managing my own business for 16 years before joining Green Acres in 2014. Starting as a Business Advisor in Hamilton, I provided mentorship and support to franchisees, which paved the way for my advancement to General Manager in 2016. Since 2018, I have also overseen operations for Hire A Hubby, leading and representing a combined network of 400 franchisees.
Throughout my career, I have engaged with franchisees at every stage of their journey – from acquisition to transition – providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s challenges, risks, and rewards. My goal is to leverage this insight to address the current challenges facing our industry and contribute to its growth and success.
